It is important to remember that yoga is a personal experience and that, as a practitioner, you should take responsibility for your own body. As Yoga teachers, we can only guide you through your practice. If you have any major health issues please consult your GP. Be sure to listen to your own body and practice mindfully. If anything doesn’t feel right, stop.

Strong  

 

This class is recommended for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis!. Our strong class is a moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body while resting the focus calmly on the breath. We move slower than Energise but with ease, whether the movement is challenging or simple. This sense of ease allows you to accomplish “hard poses” easily and efficiently, leaving space for the mind to get calm, centered, and focused. Open to Everyone. You will sweat. You will get a workout. You will leave refreshed and energised.

Perfect for beginners and all levels !

Energise 

Energise Yoga is a Vinyasa flow style of yoga (influenced by Ashtanga yoga). This style of Yoga  links continuous sequence through the breath. You will be lead through a class that flows from one pose to the next. It’s a fun, dynamic style of yoga and is a good workout (you will work up quite a sweat) as well as a great yoga experience.

As long as you are fit and healthy, Vinyasa is open to all levels (unless stated otherwise) and variations of postures will be shown to suit your level in every class. However, if you have injuries or are completely new to yoga or fitness then it is a good idea to take a slower class to begin with.

If your brand new to yoga we would recommend to do another class first!

Wake Up Yoga

 

This class is recommended for beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis. A class of slow flows and gentle stretching to prepare your mind and your body for the day ahead.

Hot Restorative Yin 

 

Hot Restorative or morning Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that will restore and rejuvenate your mind and body. Yin Yoga moves through a series of supported stretching postures that are held for long periods of time working on deeper connective tissues, including joints and ligaments, helping to increase flexibility and find stillness in your practice.

This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced yoga students.

 

Perfect for all levels and abilities! 

In this class we would normally offer props such as bolsters and blocks, due to current guidance we are not allowed to give them out. Fell free to bring your own props. If you don't own your own props you could bring a couple of cushions or a few rolled up towels/ blankets.

 

Core And Strength

This class is perfect for those looking to target, tone and strengthen the core. The core is the central link in a chain connecting your upper body to your lower body. So whether your practising your physical yoga practise or mopping the floor every single movement you make either starts from the core or moves through it. A weak core can impair everyday movements and make stability and balance harder.

 

Combining core exercises with deeply held stretches gives this practise balance. By the end of the practise you will feel stronger, lighter and more open.
