Covid 19 Safety procedures in place

  • We can only accommodate advanced bookings. No drop ins on the day. You must pre-book before coming along to a class. You can do this in the normal ways, via our website or through MindBody or through our website.

  • Please make sure your contact details are all up to date on your profile.

  • If you miss the class/ fail to show up or have not cancelled your pre booked class (with a min of 24 hours notice) your session will not be reimbursed or changed. If you’re using an unlimited membership or class pass, an £8 late cancellation charge will automatically be applied to your account.

  • If your membership is currently frozen, the suspension will be automatically lifted on the 27th July and normal, pre-closure pricing will be resumed. If you want to freeze your membership, you can do this for a maximum of 3 months. There will be an admin charge of £5 per month to do this. Please request this via email.

  • Any membership enquiry should be sent via email and not in person at the studio, or by telephone (this will limit the time at the reception desk).

  • The door will be locked at the class start time, so latecomers sadly cannot be permitted entry.

  • Please do not come to the studio if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anybody who has any Covid 19 symptoms.

  • Please use the available hand sanitising stations when you arrive at the studio.

  • Please observe the directions of travel and the 1 meter distance markings on floors, doors and walls throughout the studio.

  • You will be temperature checked on arrival (contactless).

  • There will be a screen at reception to protect you, and the receptionist signing you in.

  • Temperature checks will be carried out by the receptionist using a non-contact thermometer.  Should you have a high temperature, you will not be permitted into the class.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat and props. We cannot lend these out at the moment. There will be some pre loved yoga mats available to purchase at the studio, but no studio mats available for use.

  • The studio will be cashless, so please be prepared to use contactless payment if you need to buy a bottle of water or a mat.

  • Water can still be purchased however please ask reception to help you with this to limit contact with the refrigerator.

  • Please bring your own towel(s). We will not have towels available to rent.

  • Clothing will still be able to be purchased however we are unable to allow you to try the items on.

  • Please arrive at the studio in suitable clothing ready for the class. Changing facilities and showers will be out of use for the foreseeable future. As soon as we can revise this policy, we will, but for now, we think it’s safer to close these facilities.

  • We are unable to provide any locker facilities and we will not be able to hold any personal belongings for you. Please limit your belongings being bought to class. No bags, coats or jackets.

  • Classes will run at a significantly reduced capacity to give ample space between students (15 students per class MAX).

  • Students / teachers will have 1 meter distance between them.

  • Although we would love to give you the biggest hug ever when we see you but for now its safer to implement a no-contact policy. Your teacher will stay in one place in the studio and will not be able to offer hands-on assists in class. They will offer plenty of verbal assists though (don't worry!)

  • No studio mats/ props will be available for you to borrow but you’re more than welcome to bring your own to class.

  • We ask that you fill the spaces in the studio as guided by the receptionist/instructor rather than selecting your own space.

  • Please stay within the taped out line.

  • Please leave all classes on time allowing us time to clean the studio between each session. There is a 30 min space between each class to allow for a thorough clean.

  • Extra classes have been added onto the timetable to offer more opportunities to practice.

  • Due to current guidance we are not allowed to give props out but fell free to bring your own props. If you don't own your own props you could bring a couple of cushions or a few rolled up towels/ blankets (bolster), books you don't mind getting a little damp or your water bottle (blocks), a scarf, belt or towel (strap).

  • Please do not attend the Studio’s, if you or your immediate family, have contracted symptoms of Covid-19, or you have been in direct contact with a confirmed case.

  • Should you wish to contact Eden, regarding a Covid-19 issue, please email   If we are made aware of a confirmed case, we may inform others of potential risk of contraction. We will not pass on personal details to other clients. We may pass on details only if instructed by NHS Track and Trace. Please contact NHS website for advice.
