Terms and Conditions
Clients will be charged for any in person or online session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours before the start of the class. This applies all memberships and drop ins.
Clients that book online must sign in at the reception at least 10 minutes before the class start time. Failure to do this may result in the client not being admitted into the class, or your place may be given away.
Clients who turn up late to a class will not be able to enter the studio and will be classed as a No Show. Refunds and transfers are not available for No Show Clients.
Sessions are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
Teachers occasionally change at short notice; no refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 24-hour cancellation rule still applies.
Deposits for retreats are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another retreat.
If a client books a class and fails to show for their booked class 3 times during the clients current membership/pass their membership/pass may be suspended for 4 weeks without prior notice.
You may temporarily freeze your introductory offer, monthly pass, 10 class pass, three-month offer, annual membership or any sales pass. You will be required to produce a medical or doctors note/certificate which is satisfactory to us for any of the reasons stated below that you are relying on to freeze your membership. This is reviewed on a case by case basis. You can freeze this for up to a maximum of 12 months.

All passes including introductory offer, monthly pass, 10 class pass, three-month offer, annual membership or any Sales passes are not eligible for refund or transfer.
Please be aware that we will not extend or change the dates of an introductory offer, monthly pass, 10 class pass, three-month offer or annual membership passes for a holiday or Bank Holidays.
Please be aware that the class timetable and instructors may change. Amendments will be on mindbody (our online booking system).
We are closed for a short period over Christmas and new year and also on bank holidays. Dates cannot be amended or frozen. Full terms and Conditions apply for all purchases.
When you sign up to become a member of Eden Hot Yoga, you need to actively opt-in to receive our newsletter and promotions. You may opt-out at any time by unsubscribing to any of the emails you receive. Should you wish for your contact details to be permanently deleted from our system, please contact Mindbody directly.
Promotion and passes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.Cannot be frozen or amended.

Sales Pass - All sales passes are subject to availability. They cannot be extended, frozen or amended. Eden Hot yoga has the right to remove or change the pass without notice. Any sale pass cannot be used to purchase any workshops or masterclasses.

Love Your Yoga Sale pass is valid from 1st February 2020 and expires 25th April 2020.
Any client participating in our Online Yoga classes are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating I confirm that I am voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise given my knowledge of my health and taking into account any medical advice I have received.
Eden Hot Yoga Limited reserve the right to change or amend our terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to check the terms and conditions on a regular basis.
We can only accommodate advanced bookings. You must pre-book before coming along to a class. You can do this in the normal ways, via our website or through MindBody.
If you miss your pre-booked class, and you have not self-cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the class start time, your session will not be reimbursed. If you’re using an unlimited membership or pass, an £8 late cancellation charge will automatically be applied to your account.
If your membership is currently frozen, the suspension will be automatically lifted on the 27th July and normal, pre-closure pricing will be resumed. If you wish to freeze your membership an admin fee of £5 will be charged per month for a maximum of 3 months.
Any membership enquiry should still be sent via email and not in person at the studio, or by telephone.
The door will be locked at the class start time, so latecomers sadly cannot be permitted entry.
Please use the available hand sanitising stations when you arrive at the studio.
Please observe the directions of travel and distance markings on floors, doors and walls throughout the studio.
There will be a screen at reception to protect you, and the receptionist signing you in.
Temperature checks will be carried out by the receptionist using a non-contact thermometer. Should you have a high temperature, you will not be permitted into the class.
Please bring your own mat. There will be some mats available to purchase at the studio, but no studio mats available for use.
The studio will be cashless, so please be prepared to use contactless payment if you need to buy a bottle of water or a mat.
Water can still be purchased however please ask reception to help you with this to limit contact with the refrigerator.
Please bring your own towel(s). We will not have towels available to rent.
Clothing will still be able to be purchased however we are unable to allow you to try the items on.
Please arrive at the studio in suitable clothing ready for the class. Changing facilities and showers will be out of use for the foreseeable future. As soon as we can revise this policy, we will, but for now, we think it’s safer if we all shower at home.
We are unable to provide a locker facility. Please limit your belongings being bought to class.
Classes will run at significantly reduced capacity to give ample space between students.
There will be a no-contact policy in place. Your teacher will stay in one place and will not be able to offer hands-on assists.
No studio props will be available but you’re more than welcome to bring your own.
We ask that you fill the spaces in the studio as guided by the receptionist/instructor.
Please leave all classes on time allowing us time to clean the studio between each session. You will see we have adjusted our timetable allowing time to clean in between classes.
We require an up to date contact number for every client, we will be contacting you on this number should we need to for track and trace purposes.
